Work
Three fictional companies, built to show what agents do
None of these companies is real, and none is a client. I built all three to show owners what an agent does with the kind of work that fills their week. All three are live, so you can open them and try them yourself.
Fictional company. Not a client.

Residents describe a problem in their own words, in English or Spanish. The agent asks the follow-up questions, reads the summary back, and files a work order for staff with its reasoning written down.
There's no category dropdown. The resident just says what's wrong. The agent tests what she tells it, raises the priority when a detail calls for it, and won't file anything until she confirms. On the operations side, it suggests who should take the job and why, and a job can't be closed without a photo. On the leasing side, it declines what it isn't allowed to promise and hands the prospect to a person with the whole conversation attached.
- Scope
- A fictional 212-unit apartment community. Resident maintenance requests, the board that assigns and closes them, leasing inquiries, and the owner's view.
- Status
- Live
- Build time
- About a day, from scratch
Where to look
- Guided walkthrough
/story
Follow one resident's maintenance request from her first message, through diagnosis, dispatch and closeout, to what the owner sees. The conversations run live, so the answers aren't scripted.
- Resident intake
/portal
Pick a resident and describe a problem in your own words. The agent asks what it needs to know and only files the request once the resident confirms it.
Fictional company. Not a client.
ridgepoint-demo.vercel.appRidgepoint Group
When a call goes unanswered, the caller gets a text back and a guided conversation toward booking an inspection. In the shared inbox, each email becomes a structured job routed to the right company, and the unclear ones go to a person.
A roll-up runs several companies at once, each with its own phones, crews and paperwork. This demo puts one agent platform above three of them. It picks up the calls nobody caught, and it reads the adjuster scopes, forwarded chains and work-order requests that pile up in a shared inbox, then sends each job to the company that should do it.
- Scope
- A fictional roofing roll-up: one agent platform above three fictional roofing companies. Missed calls, a shared claims and work-order inbox, and the jobs that come out of both.
- Status
- Live
- Build time
- A couple hours, adapted from an earlier build. That's usually how the second one in a category goes.
Where to look
- Missed-call text recovery
/missed-calls
Simulate a missed call. The caller gets a text back and a guided conversation that works toward booking an inspection.
- Email work-order triage
/inbox
Process a shared inbox of adjuster scopes, forwarded chains, builder punch lists and leak reports. Each one becomes a routed job, or a flag for a person when it's unclear.
Fictional company. Not a client.
rva-event-venue-demo.vercel.appRVA Event Venue
Someone planning an event tells the concierge the date, headcount and kind of event in their own words. It checks the calendar, recommends a space, quotes the room, catering and bar, and can hold a date. Every hold and booking lands on the operator's board.
Most venues take inquiries by form, email and phone, and the ones that arrive after hours wait. Here the inquiry is a conversation. The concierge knows every space, package and price, so it can check a date, recommend the right room and quote it in one exchange, then place a hold and send the agreement. On the other side, the operator sees holds and bookings land on one board over the same calendar the concierge uses.
- Scope
- A fictional events venue: four spaces in a restored warehouse, a booking concierge on the website, and the operator's board behind it.
- Status
- Live
- Build time
- About half a day. Built from an interview with a tasting room manager.
